EDUCATING UNDERPRIVILEGED GIRLS

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS

📘 Annual College Scholarship

₹5,000 – ₹25,000
per student, per year

🎓 Permanent Scholarship Fund

₹5,00,000+
One-time contribution

In 2025-26, out of 5000 students in our Junior College, Degree College, Master's Degree, and Swadhar courses, 84.28% are from Low-Income Group (Annual Family Income below ₹3 lakh) living in chawls and slums.

They do not have a fixed income as they are in informal occupations such as hawkers, street vendors, auto-rickshaw drivers, daily wage labourers, construction workers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, scrap collectors, waste pickers, domestic workers, security guards, delivery personnel, sanitation workers, painters, tailors, fruit and vegetable vendors, mechanics, loaders, and helpers.

They face challenging circumstances such as the loss of one or both parents, a family member suffering from a serious illness or medical condition which drains the family income and families with multiple dependents or alcohol abuse by parent.

Students are forced to work part-time to support their education and contribute towards household expenses while continuing their studies.

Annual College Scholarship

Helps to cover part of the student's college fees enabling her to continue her education without stress and undue financial burden.

Permanent Scholarship Fund

A one-time contribution of ₹5,00,000 or more establishes a permanent scholarship fund in the donor's name. The interest generated from the fund is utilized annually to provide scholarships to deserving students, ensuring continuous educational support and creating a lasting legacy of empowerment.
