Sponsor a needy child's education in Mumbai, India
The Diya (Develop an Individual with Your Assistance) Education Sponsorship Program by SPRJ Kanyashala Trust's Student Welfare Centre supports needy children from low-income and BPL (Below Poverty Line) families, living in slums and chawls in suburban Mumbai. Many of these children are first-generation learners, and your support helps them continue education and build a better future.
The program offers two sponsorship options: Annual Support and Lifetime Support.

Most of our students come from slum communities, where poverty makes education difficult to afford. With the support of the DIYA scholarship, these needy children are now able to attend school, wear a school uniform and begin their education.

Supports a needy child's education for one academic year through annual funding.
🎓 Lifetime Education Sponsorship — How It Works
- Donation is invested to generate sustainable funding
- Annual interest supports one needy child every year from Kindergarten to Class XII (14 years)
- After completion of class 12, another needy child is supported, continuing the cycle
🎒 Support Includes
- School tuition fees & term fees
- Workbooks, notebooks, compass box & stationery
- School bag, lunch box, water bottle, umbrella/raincoat, etc.
- School uniforms and shoes
- Educational trips and exposure programs
- Co-curricular activities like Elocution, Drawing, creative Art & Craft, Geeta chanting, etc.
